Return Timeframe β
You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.
To be eligible, returned items should be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with original packaging
- Sent with proof of purchase or order confirmation
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return.

Please note: items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items β‘
Please check your package when it arrives.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. To help us review your request faster, please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will do our best to arrange a suitable replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution.
Items That May Not Be Returned π«

Exchanges π
For the fastest exchange experience, we recommend returning the original item first and placing a new order for the product you prefer.
This helps make sure your new outdoor essential is processed as quickly as possible.
International & EU Orders π
For international customers, including customers in the European Union, eligible orders may be canceled or returned within 14 days, where applicable by law.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and sent with packaging and proof of purchase.
This does not limit the standard 30-day return window offered by fittraklnβ’.
Refund Processing π°
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
